Outsourcing has massively impacted our businesses ability to deliver on data solutions at the coal face. As such we needed to find a partner who could conduct a deep dive into our existing Data solution and come up with a way to improve reporting and optimise performance. Over the last 2 years some SQL reports had taken over an hour to run.

Helium IT came in and conducted an assessment of our environment and produced a comprehensive overview of recommendations and suggestions. When considering the ongoing spend with Microsoft for services, I was surprised our existing service provider hadn’t made similar recommendations. It shows how important it it to seek external expertise when you have a current incumbent who has become complacent and unengaged.
